Common questions
Can I pay any other way than direct debit?+
Yes: postal slip or bank transfer to our dedicated IBAN. The €5/month discount applies only with SEPA direct debit.
Can I keep my number from another provider?+
Yes. Porting costs €33 once per number, and we handle it for you.
Can I use my own router?+
Yes, if it is compatible. With Fibra Premium Tutto Incluso the Wi-Fi 7 router is included in the monthly fee anyway.
How long until I am connected?+
In most cases activation happens within 24 working hours of the coverage check. Complex cases take longer, and we tell you as soon as we know.
What languages do you speak?+
In our office we speak Italian, English and Spanish. Contractual documents are in Italian.
